These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of EUROMONEY (“the Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, including the integrated Risk Disclosure Statement.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Service.

1. Definitions
“Service” – EUROMONEY’s platform enabling users to receive official income payments, convert funds, and obtain financial documentation.
“User” – any individual using EUROMONEY services.
“Funds” – any money or digital assets submitted for conversion or processing.
“Documentation” – contracts, invoices, statements, confirmations, and supporting letters.
“Compliance Providers” – third-party partners assisting with AML/KYC verification.
“Transfer” – an outgoing payment made to the User’s bank account.

2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years ol
  • You are not subject to EU/UK/US sanctions
  • You do not reside in FATF high-risk or prohibited jurisdictions
  • Your funds originate from lawful sources
  • You provide accurate and truthful information
EUROMONEY may deny access if eligibility criteria are not met.

3. Nature of the Service
EUROMONEY provides tools and infrastructure for:
  • Converting User-provided funds (fiat/cash/crypto) into official EU/UK-based income payments
  • Executing SEPA/SWIFT transfers to User bank accounts
  • Preparing compliant financial documentation (contracts, invoices, statements, confirmations)
  • Supporting Users in preparing materials for banking, tax, and immigration submissions
EUROMONEY does not:
  • Provide legal, migration, investment, or tax advice
  • Guarantee banking or immigration outcomes
  • Act as an employer
  • Offer custodial wallet services
  • Provide payment acquiring or merchant processing
The User is fully responsible for all tax declarations in their jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
  • Provide accurate, complete information
  • Submit only legitimate funds from lawful sources
  • Declare all income to authorities as required
  • Use documents provided by EUROMONEY responsibly and lawfully
  • Refrain from falsifying, altering, or misrepresenting documents
  • Not use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorism financing, or fraud
Failure to comply may lead to account suspension or termination.

5. Compliance & Verification Requirements
EUROMONEY may require:
  • Identity verification (passport, ID card)
  • Proof of address
  • Proof of source of funds
  • Additional AML/KYC materials
  • Enhanced due diligence for large transactions
The Service may be restricted until verification is completed.

6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to hide identity or location (including VPN abuse)
  • Use the Service to circumvent sanctions or banking restrictions
  • Provide or request forged documents
  • Conduct transactions related to illegal activities
  • Access the Service from prohibited jurisdictions
Violation may result in immediate termination.

7. Payments, Fees & Pricing
Fees are published on EUROMONEY.pro and may include:
  • Setup fee
  • Commission per transaction
  • Additional service fees
By using the Service, the User agrees to all applicable fees.
All fees are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Documentation Provided
EUROMONEY supplies:
  • EU/UK service contracts
  • Invoices
  • Statements
  • Payment confirmations
  • Supporting letters for banks/tax/migration authorities
  • Corporate extracts (upon request)
Documentation is based on information provided by the User.

9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
EUROMONEY cannot guarantee:
  • Bank acceptance of documents
  • Approval or continuation of User’s bank account
  • Approval of visa, residency, or citizenship applications
  • Regulatory or tax outcomes
  • Processing times that depend on external institutions
The User understands that financial institutions and authorities make independent decisions.

10. RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (Integrated Section)
By using the Service, the User acknowledges and accepts the following risks:

10.1 Banking & Payment Institution Risks
Payments may be delayed, reviewed, blocked, or rejected by:
  • Banks
  • Payment institutions
  • Correspondent banks
  • AML departments
These decisions are outside EUROMONEY’s control.

10.2 AML/KYC Verification Risks
The User may be required to:
  • Provide additional documents
  • Explain the source of funds
  • Confirm financial activity
  • Undergo enhanced due diligence
Delays caused by compliance checks are normal and do not constitute a service failure.

10.3 Transaction Processing Risks
Risks include:
  • Outbound transfer delays
  • SEPA/SWIFT network issues
  • Currency conversion fluctuations
  • System maintenance by banking partners
  • Temporary holds imposed by payment providers
Processing times cannot be guaranteed.

10.4 Regulatory Risks
Governments or regulators may:
  • Change rules on income verification
  • Modify tax or residency requirements
  • Introduce new compliance obligations
Such changes may impact how documentation is interpreted.

10.5 Crypto-Related Risks
For conversions involving digital assets:
  • Blockchain network congestion may cause delays
  • Price volatility may affect exchange values
  • Withdrawals may require additional compliance checks
EUROMONEY is not responsible for external crypto network behavior.

10.6 No Guarantee for Legal or Migration Outcomes
Official documentation from EUROMONEY:
  • does not guarantee visa or residency approval
  • does not guarantee tax authority acceptanc
  • does not replace legal or tax consultation
The User assumes responsibility for meeting all legal obligations in their country.

10.7 Force Majeure Risks
Events outside EUROMONEY’s control may impact service availability, including:
  • Sanctions
  • War or geopolitical instability
  • Natural disasters
  • Interruption of banking networks
  • Governmental actions
  • Infrastructure outages
EUROMONEY is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by such events.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EUROMONEY is not liable for:
  • Bank decisions or account closures
  • Immigration outcomes
  • Tax consequences
  • Loss of data outside EUROMONEY control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses arising from User-provided false information
EUROMONEY provides the Service “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

12. Service Availability
We strive for uninterrupted service, but availability may be affected by:
  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Third-party provider outages
  • Compliance reviews
  • Network interruptions
We do not guarantee 24/7 access.

13. Termination
EUROMONEY may suspend or terminate access if:
  • The User violates these Terms
  • Compliance concerns arise
  • Illegal activity is suspected
  • Requred documentation is not provided
  • Bank or regulatory partners request service suspension
Users may request account closure anytime.

14. Intellectual Property
All content, brand assets, and documentation remain the property of EUROMONEY and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the European Union, without specifying a particular jurisdiction.
